Confidence is having faith in yourself knowing you are doing whatever it is you could be doing right. Not having confidence makes you nervous, anxious and can make you overthink everything you do. You have to believe in yourself and know you can do something. Confidence is most important for success in your life. If a child starts to lose confidence in school grades start dropping, work is not as good and it starts to show on everything. When someone loses confidence they start to give up on their dreams, goals and plans which will have a huge impact on them.In order to fix and give them confidence back they need to build confidence back up which prevents students from dropping out, it helps them achieve goals and plans for the future and believe in themself. Maintaining a love for learning is needed for success in school. Having low confidence to no confidence means that person usually has very critical and harsh views of themself and views. People with low confidence are prone to taking harsh feedback since that is what they give themselves. People who experience low confidence hesitate in many ways when it comes to sharing out in a public setting as they might think expressing their opinions could be ridiculed by people. Confidence could not be any more important, it shows in our work performance, school, everywhere. Getting a new job and first starting can be very intimidating because you see everyone working knowing what they are doing and then you come along not knowing a thing. That’s where you try and learn follow along and as it takes some time you eventually catch on and know exactly what your doing.STarting off at a new job can make your confidence low when you don’t know a thing. But as time goes on you build your confidence up by learning and going to that job everyday. You’ll eventually catch onto having confidence for your new job showing that you do know the work. If your anxious and have no confidence you will work on it as time goes on but it does make you not do such a great job since it starts to stress you out. You may know the information but you might second guess yourself always checking to make sure you are doing your job right instead of believing in yourself knowing you can do it. Self confidence can make or break you. Not having confidence affects your personal life interfering with not only school but work. As time goes on there are ways to build up your confidence in order to grow, learn and do your best at everything. Self confidence is most important when it comes to working and going to school.
